2009/10 Programme

Our meetings are held at Somerset Hall High Street Portishead on Wednesday evenings. The hall has a film size screen, bar, and tea and coffee are available at intervals. We usually have an average of 100 members at our meetings, however our January celebrity gardeners meetings can attract up to 300. Meetings start at 7.30pm except where stated.

Jan 27, 2010 - A talk by Anne Swithinbank on How to be a Laid Back Gardener (Ticket only meeting - cheese and wine included) members £5.00 non members £7.50

May 26 - A Hanging Basket Demonstration by Mr David Lucas

July 14 - "Vegetables for Kitchen Use" - Mrs Tripp

Oct 27 -Annual General Meeting followed by a talk on Passion Flowers/Butterflies by Dr John Vanderplank- please note 7.15 pm start
